His Aberdeen side had just beaten Rangers at Hampden to win the 1983 Scottish Cup, but the manager wasn't happy with the performance.

He did apologise to his players for this interview, but standards had been set. This win was the second of three successive Scottish Cup wins under Fergie in addition to the three titles won as well as the League Cup and Cup Winners Cup.
